How do you price sofa and upholstery cleaning?
Sofas are priced by the number of seating positions — not length, depth or style — which keeps quoting simple. If a sofa described as a 3-seater turns out to be a 6-seater, we stop, explain and re-quote before cleaning.
How is wall-to-wall carpet priced?
By the room, up to about 200 square feet: Basic is $59, Shampoo $100 and Deep $189 per room, with modest add-ons for each additional 100 square feet. We confirm room count and sizes when scoping so the quote is accurate.
What if the job is bigger than I described on the phone?
If the actual size, item count, stain age or condition differs materially from what was described, we stop before treatment, explain, and give a revised recommendation and quote. You approve the revised work before we begin — or you can decline.
Can you repair or restore a damaged rug?
We handle rug repair and restoration, but final pricing isn't given from a photo. The rug is cleaned first, then evaluated by our specialist, who determines what repair is actually needed. Repairs begin only after you approve them.
Is there a minimum charge?
Yes. On-site area-rug cleaning has a $99 minimum, and off-site rug cleaning through pickup and delivery has a $140 minimum. Wall-to-wall carpet is priced per room. We'll give you the honest total based on what the job actually involves.
