From experience, Basic often improves a difficult stain modestly, Shampoo removes noticeably more, and Deep Shampoo the most — but these are honest expectations, not guarantees, and some set-in stains only partly resolve. We assess before starting.
My carpet has a bleach spot — can cleaning restore it?
No — bleach strips the dye out of the fiber, so it's lost color rather than dirt, and cleaning can't put color back. It's a color-repair situation, which we'd need to look at in person to advise on.
