It depends on the stain and how long it has been there. Basic typically helps a little with tough stains, Shampoo more, and Deep the most, but some old stains never fully come out. We tell you what to expect up front instead of guaranteeing 100%.
Can you fix a bleach or color-loss spot?
Usually not with ordinary cleaning — bleach removes the dye, so it's color loss rather than a stain. That's a color-repair question we can assess in person, rather than something a standard clean will bring back.
