Do you fix fringe or worn edges on rugs?
Repair and restoration are available, but we quote them only after the rug is cleaned and inspected in person — a photo isn't enough to price the work. You approve any repair before it starts, and cleaning-only is always an option.
How realistic is full stain removal?
It depends on the stain and how long it has been there. Basic typically helps a little with tough stains, Shampoo more, and Deep the most, but some old stains never fully come out. We tell you what to expect up front instead of guaranteeing 100%.
Can you fix a bleach or color-loss spot?
Usually not with ordinary cleaning — bleach removes the dye, so it's color loss rather than a stain. That's a color-repair question we can assess in person, rather than something a standard clean will bring back.
How does rug cleaning pricing work?
On-site area-rug cleaning runs $1 per square foot for Basic, $4 for Shampoo and $6 for Deep Shampoo, with no on-site visit minimum.
