Do you offer rug pickup and delivery in Monsey?

Can you repair or restore a damaged rug?
We handle rug repair and restoration, but final pricing isn't given from a photo. The rug is cleaned first, then evaluated by our specialist, who determines what repair is actually needed. Repairs begin only after you approve them.
Will a deep clean get an old stain out completely?
Not always. As a rule of thumb from experience, Basic makes a modest dent in a stubborn stain, Shampoo does more, and Deep Shampoo the most — but set-in stains may only partly lift, so we give an honest read before we start rather than promising a perfect result.
Can you fix a bleach or color-loss spot?
Usually not with ordinary cleaning — bleach removes the dye, so it's color loss rather than a stain. That's a color-repair question we can assess in person, rather than something a standard clean will bring back.
How long does water-damage drying take?
There's no fixed one- or two-day promise. Equipment stays in place according to actual moisture readings — sometimes a day, sometimes several — and we re-check and remove it only once readings show the area has dried enough.
