Is offsite rug cleaning better than cleaning in my home?

Is a faded or bleached patch something you can clean out?
Cleaning won't fix it, because bleach removes the color from the fiber rather than leaving a stain on top. That falls under color repair, not cleaning, and we'd assess it in person before suggesting anything.
Do you guarantee complete stain removal?
No — we never promise 100% stain removal. Results depend on the stain, how long it has been there, what was already tried and a physical inspection, so we give an honest, experience-based estimate before starting.
